Documents Required to List YOUR Property

The Legal Owner of a Property Should Present the Following Information when Listing a Property:

  1. Copy of Legal Ownership Documents
  2. Copy of Legal Survey Plan of the Property
  3. Copy of Most Recent Property Tax Receipt

The Legal Owner Should Also Sign an “Exclusive Right of Sale Agreement”
